A Fox in The Night

A south London story in which opposites attract, appearances deceive and bravery reaps rewards.

Excited for a night out on the town, flamboyant and confident Lewis is suddenly cautious and uncomfortable when a friend asks him to pick up something from his dealer, Daniel. On arrival, he’s confronted with an unexpected connection.

Utilising the audience’s preconceptions against them to give a positive, entertaining and charming experience. Blending tension, flirtation and hopefulness.

Working directly with director Keeran Anwar Blessie, the main title card celebrates the energy of the film using a typeface that highlights all the inconsistencies of non-matching serifs. The poetic title is separated into two parts, emerging cautiously from darkness in the opening scene of the film.

The lead image of the posters utilises the placement of the main character Lewis’ earring with the title positioned playfully between the door and his back.
